An Unbiased View of coffee
Sometime in 1732–1735 he composed the secular "Coffee Cantata" Schweigt stille, plaudert nicht (BWV 211), where a youthful lady, Lieschen, pleads together with her disapproving father to simply accept her devotion to consuming coffee, then a newfangled fashion. The libretto contains these lines as:"Wow! This coffee is unbelievable! Super sleek an
